Honest & Upfront Pricing for Carpet, Rug, & Upholstery Cleaning
Since room sizes vary greatly from house to house, our pricing for rug, carpet, and upholstery cleaning is based on the square footage that is cleaned. We will measure the area to be cleaned and give you the price before we start your job. You may choose to have furniture moved or choose to clean only the traffic areas. If your job requires special attention due to odor or heavy soil, we will discuss that with you before we begin cleaning. Your satisfaction is our goal, so rest assured we will do all that we can to deliver quality every time.
Rug Cleaning
- $2-$4 per square foot depending on the type of rug and issue we are cleaning
- Proguard Protector – $0.50-1.00/sq ft
- Flood Wash (for urine damage) – add $1-$2 per sq. ft.
Carpet Cleaning
- Carpet Cleaning - $0.60-$0.80 per sq ft
- Carpet Restoration - TBD by technician
- Proguard Protector - $0.30-$0.40 per sq ft
- Minimum Charge - $150
- Yacht minimum charge - $250
Upholstery Cleaning
- Sofa - $40- $50 per linear ft
- Chair - $60-$120
- Cushions - $5-$6 per sq ft
*Prices listed above are for basic cleaning services. Special circumstances may increase the price of cleaning. Circumstances may include pet problems, extreme soiling, spot cleaning, difficult set-up situations and some fine fabrics or materials.
